Kitschy china pheasants covered with real feathers for sale in Arvada, Colorado

This is a 1950's china piece straight out of my mother-in-law's living-room. There are 2 pheasants in flight, each covered with genuine feathers. They are a bit battered and the pointer of one of the china leaves is broken off, however it's hardly noticeable, as the pheasants are so breath-taking ... The piece measures about 8" long and about 9" high and is mainly dark green aside from for the birds. It is marked "Made in Japan" on the bottom. It's certainly not somethng you see every day!
